I started myRise Design after rediscovering my love for all things web related. After having successfully finished a private social networking site, I gained a few clients through networking and found a love for designing websites and working with small businesses and startup companies.
As the owner and sole employee of myRise Design, I work one on one with all of my clients, providing consulting services to find solutions to their tech problems. With myRise Design I design websites, plan and impliment social media marketing campaigns, develop advertising campaigns and enhance search engine visibility to help my clients expand their market. As of the last few months, myRise Design also now provides graphic design services and branding services including logo design, and have branched out to provide business marketing materials (mugs, hats, shirts, business cards, stationary, etc...)
I also write a small business and web design blog hosted on the myRise Design website (also with feeds through Blogspot) providing self help services and articles to small business owners.

I maintained all wash facilities, oversaw staffing and supervision of all employees with them help of two assistant managers, handled damage claims and product inventory.
While employed with Benny's, I worked with the Human Resource Manager and General Manager to develop a new employee training program for all wash locations to increase employee knowledge and create consistency throughout the organization. I also developed a system of daily assignment worksheets to ensure tasks were performed daily, and on a set schedule.
